Monitoring a server can be a tough process. You either need to do the work yourself and dedicate your precious time to regularly monitoring your server, or else you have to set up a third–party solution whose only mission will be to monitor your server. And this is exactly where our Admin Services offer will help you out. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be included in our own custom monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the key services. And in the event of any service problem, our skilled sysadmins will be alerted straight away and they will rectify the trouble ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest procedure in this world. You will either have to use a different server or your desktop PC, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party software. We offer a much easier way with our Admin Services offer. We’ll create a full backup of your VPS server on a weekly basis, so you never have to fear losing key data. Last but not least we can always restore a backup very quickly. All the backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are harder to install and might require some extra configuration on your part. This is when our Admin Services package can come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – this means that you’ll be able to literally employ one of our qualified server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation of any application whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him rectify a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an extra feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
